POLICIES FOR PAYMENT OF TUITION

Due date for payment: Payment of tuition and fees is due at the time of registration. If payment by cash or check is an option, payment is due before class starts or on the first day of class, at the latest.

Installment payments: If payment by installments is available, the first payment will be due at the time of registration with remaining payments due at regular intervals. Installment payments require a credit or debit card – the installment payment will automatically be charged to the credit or debit card on the due date.

Late fees: Any tuition payment not made during the calendar month in which the due date falls will be subject to a 5% late fee. For instance, if an installment payment is due on September 5th and is paid by September 29th, no late fee will apply. If the same payment is made on October 2nd, a 5% late fee will apply.

Fees: Some classes (not all) require fees. Fees are due in full at the time of registration. Examples of types of fees are a charge for class materials, a costume fee, or a production fee.

Prorated tuition: On occasion, InnOVATION Arts will offer prorated tuition to students who register for a class after the semester has started or on a case-by-case basis. Prorated tuition is not generally offered for all classes. Please ask whether prorated tuition is available if you are registering mid-semester.

Outstanding balance: In any instance where full payment of tuition and fees is not received (including installment payments), the student and any other family members will not be permitted to register for future classes until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
